Qualified in 2011, Claire has worked in the archive sector since 2005 and currently manages the delivery of archive customer services within the Hive.
She enjoys working closely with all stakeholders but is particularly driven by enhancing the customer experience both on site and remotely; making sure that it is as straightforward, enjoyable and informative as possible. Claire is also involved with developing events programmes for the archive service and is always looking to new ways to positively engage with the public. She has represented the service regionally and nationally, helping to develop national training in the management of volunteers for archive services.
