These pages contain resources for schools to explore the market gardening heritage of southeast Worcestershire, known as a Vale of Evesham. The digital pack has been created by Worcestershire Archive & Archaeology Service as part of the Market Gardening Heritage project, with funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
‘Records from the Past’ contains a series of topic-based pages filled with sources – old photos, oral histories and written records – that can be explored directly by pupils or used by teachers to support their own activities and lessons. Supporting documents for teachers, including curriculum links and background information, can be found in the ‘Teachers’ section’.
