Excellent News!

Your wait is nearly over – our newspaper collections is set to return!

Not only that but, thanks to our partnership with Ancestry.com, our  collection has been digitised and there is free access to it from The Hive via newspapers.com. Unless you want to, gone are the days of having to search date after date. All that you need to do now is to conduct a key word search.

To mark this we are holding a “I was in the Newspaper” session.

During this special drop-in session on Monday September 15 (10am-4pm) members of staff will be on hand to help you look up your name, or that of a relative if you prefer, in the local newspapers. This will form a changing exhibition on level 2 of The Hive.

Our colleagues, Claire and Sarah have found images of themselves in the Worcester Evening News.
